No longer want you to be an electrician, you pretty much just become a conduit runner and wire puller no matter what level you’re at. If you want to be challenged and learn to grow, instrumentation might be a better job to apply for at interstates. Mainly for the fact that you get to troubleshoot issues and learn to work through problems.
Pay scale appears to be lower compared to other industrial companies in area.
Lacks communication as far as where and when next job will be.
