The temperature in the building fluctuates often.

The sense of pride, doing the job right, customer first through quality service delivery is very strong and is communicated ongoing throughout the organization. The CEO & Management Team consistently stress to all of us to take care of the customer and treat others like we want to be treated.

Its definitely a "inspect what you expect" culture. If you don't want others questioning your work or "digging in" from time to time, you may not be comfortable here. I'm ok with it because I want to be a contributor, make positive change and I don't have anything to hide.
