Pros

- Global company, working in a multi-cultural environment - Opportunities for career development and growth. Hard work and positive results are generally celebrated and well-rewarded - Developing MNC with a diverse product range cutting across several sectors (automotive, aerospace, data & telecom, medical & life sciences) - Supportive management team that invests in automation, systems and talent - Transformation is taking place in the company, moving in the right direction though some changes may be slow - People are generally hardworking and helpful - More of than not, departments work quite well together - good teamwork

Cons

- Still largely an organisation that believes in 'face time'. Slow in making positive changes toward benefits - Would like to see management leading by example in projects that are being driven top-down. This organisation does not lack in support from top management, what it lacks is evidence of new processes/directives being practiced at that level, such that people are encouraged to transform along with the organisation.

Pros

I feel fulfilled and fortunate to be with them because they are helpful and fun to work alongside. We help each other, and that’s fantastic.

Cons

I'm hoping there will be more team-building activities to get to know people from other teams.

Pros

Starting pay is usually good but they’re desperate for hires to run a 24/7 operation. Anyone can work here with no experience really, you’ll get trained on the spot.

Cons

Very unorganized, management communication is lacking, cheap on replacement parts for machines, low morale within the company. Lot of butting heads on efficiency issues, everyone wants to say their ideas but nobody is working together to form a solution. Lots of cross training to fill in gaps but no compensation for taking on extra work. Pay rate is uneven/unfair among different departments or lines. Lots of keeping things under your hat.
