If I need to find some pros, I`m sorry I never saw any pros. salary is okay but nothing special and you need to remind them to pay you.

No Training: The lack of training is a huge issue. I was thrown into the role without any guidance or resources to help me succeed. It felt like the company expected you to just figure everything out on your own. Mistreatment and Toxic Culture: The work environment is toxic. There is a lot of favoritism, and employees are often treated unfairly. Concerns are ignored, and it feels like management doesn’t care about employee well-being. Unpleasant Owner: The owner is rude does not care about employees and is disgusting with women's. Can`t say less about the wife. Managment: It really need to be improved, lack of managment skills and esspecially one of them feels the need to have `private conversation` or feedback in front of the all officee insead to bring you in a private part. The interview process was unbelievable, it was online they took me after 20 minutes from the interview and they pretended that meanwhile I was working for my previous company and I was in holiday I needed to learn all the stuff from the company before starting to work. They also suggest to use Chat gpt to make itinerary for paying people that choose them for holiday. felt the need to leave the company on my first day of work.

There are no pros about this company.

Extremely long hours with inadequate pay. Micromanagement is constant, creating a stressful atmosphere. The company has no values. There are no benefits or compensations, they make you believe they will take you on "fam trips" but they only let you go when the management doesn't want to go. No work/life balance. When they make you go to a fam trip that is until 11pm they will still expect you in the office fresh the next morning at 9am. Family-run business with outdated practices and no clear structure. No career progression or development opportunities. No proper HR department to report issues, as it's the family. They like to speak behind people's backs. Lack of formal training — you are expected to know everything from day one and the company doesn't provide any training. Concerning and unprofessional behavior from senior management. The company sells itself as a luxury brand but is far from offering a true luxury experience. The turnover of people working in the company is high, they say it's because people don't know how to do the job, but the actual problem is the company itself. I've been there for one month and there has been 6 people joining/leaving during that time - shocking.
