Overall, a great company. We have a voice in the company as we (employees) are encouraged to get involved and make recommendations. Good benefit package.

Not so much a con, but they hold everyone accountable, so this is not a place to just slide by.

ITS tried to stay open during the pandemic. They looked for creative ways to bring people in.

Not trustworthy. Products did not work as advertised. It didn't feel right to offer a solution that didn't work. Career growth very limited. I don't see this company growing based on recent interactions with them.
