Pros
Coworkers were pretty cool. There was a coffee machine. Was generally able to leave work at the office. Pay was fine for the role.
Cons
No meetings. Low morale. No education/training. No room for growth. For a marketing firm, little to no attention paid to SEO. The other negative reviews of the CEO seemed harsh when I was applying for the job, but I'd say they are pretty accurate after coming out on the other side. Jason routinely walked into the office without greeting or talking to anyone. Never knew what kind of mood he was going to be in. Tiny cubicles. Shoebox of an office. This is absolutely a revolving door type of job. It's OK for a starter job if you're completely desperate...otherwise, I can't recommend this business to most people. Pretty much all of the non-developer employees I worked with either quit or got fired within a year of me leaving. A long-time friend and employee of Jason's started a competing firm, then threatened to come up to the office to cause a scene while holding a company laptop hostage. We were all sent home for our safety...without pay. Shortly after that, the HR employee offered the "opportunity" to take unpaid time off. Really weird stuff. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.
