It is always challenging to find host families.

Some of the students are nice. Lots of great host families

This is a very toxic work environment. All managers are verbally abusive, manipulative, chronic liers. They will rob you of your pay and self respect. Gaslighting, coercion, publicly humiliation are the norm.
