      Pros

      Decent money to be made. The schedule is pretty good to be shift work. You get a week off every month

      Cons

      Shift work is rough. Union mill so moving up requires moving from hourly to a management role. If you don't take a salary position you have to wait for seniority to make more money

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
