      Decent pay allowing you to pay your bills. Plant isn’t going anywhere because of location.

      Cons

      Incompetent Supervisors. Rules apply to some individuals and not to others. Manufacturing Manager needs to go. No room for career advancement.

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
