Ownership & HR are both top notch! This is easily the best company I’ve ever worked for. Our HR manager is simply a joy.

Underwriting is repetitive in general - not sure how to improve on that. But forcing any break from the norm is appreciated.

Work with nice people and because it is a small company you get to do a lot of different things. That can be good or bad dependent on what responsibilities they end up being.

No clear path for promotions and the company is not very young. Mostly older, admin type employees, so there just isn't much flexibility. Many employees are very set in their ways and aren't willing to adapt.
