      Interesting products. Iconic company. Lots of good people at the working level.

      Cons

      Absurdly poor decisions from 2006 to 2012 (2010 EGR, closing Fort Wayne Engineering, etc...) have crippled the company. Current management is trying to cover up their own incompetence.
