Good people, poor management - Engineering Specifications Analyst International Employee Review

I had 3 managers in 2 years. The first was great, 2nd didn't help career progress at all, and the 3rd should have never been a manager. There's no structure and certain departments were able to provide poor work and expect others to fix it.
