Plenty of overtime, but that's it.
Cons
Poor work life balance, management is complacent and does not care about employees, bad work conditions, unrealistic quotas placed by higher ups who have never stepped foot in the field, forced long days and misleading about expected hours worked, hostile coworkers, favoritism. The list goes on.
