IRG is a great company to work for. I love their flexible schedules and laid back atmosphere. The environment is like working with family. People are friends outside of work and hang out outside of work too which I love.

Even though they bring in million dollar projects, the company itself is smaller compared to other dealers.

Relaxed work environment Nice people, for the most part

No training or challenging work No social interaction between employees I was hired as a Jr. Designer and I never actually received any real design work to do, and barely got training after asking for it three or four times. One of the employees who was supposed to be training me had me doing work that wasn't even relevant to my position. I was told I could look for a pay raise after 3-6 months, after transitioning into the design position, which never happened because I was let go after four months of basically answering phones managing their showroom material library.
