Great International Company, Horrible Local - Anonymous employee Interim Delaware Employee Review

I love working at Interim Delaware! The salary is higher than competitors and the work environment is friendly and flexible. As an office employee, I am able to work remotely and my manager is really flexible when personal things pop up. The field staff of health professionals and aides get to choose a schedule that works for them so it’s more flexible and less demanding than typical hospital shifts. They’re still hiring during the Covid pandemic which is impressive considering the unemployment rate at the moment.
