Egalitarian atmosphere - Content Manager Intergrowth Employee Review

Remote; clear communication; not an overwhelming work relationship; well compensated; easygoing management.

Not much physical company culture, but that's not really on them. Most teammates work remotely.

It's a small enough team where you can organize even virtual gatherings with teammates to keep things alive and moving along, but also, it's small enough that the founder and the rest of management always put the time into communicating thoroughly with their freelancers.

I've mostly had a positive experience to be honest. Again, they do really care about the relationships they have with their freelancers.
