Pros

Great commission structure Insane incentives Will get results if you actually put in work L&D team is great

Cons

It was an interesting experience! When I first joined it seemed great, went on an incentive hit a lunch club , it was cool! But, they kept promoting a culture that just didn’t align with the internal meetings and with what upper management would express within the office. It just seemed like a facade. I was talked to super crazy at times and we would have meetings that were degrading and redundant at times. It made you question a lot about your own capabilities. This is ultimately the reason why I left. It’s not for me. I can work long hours and do the job but to speak to adults like we’re children and then as stressful as the job is promote fear into your employees its not motivating and makes the job boring. Towards the end I felt like a robot . If you like to do BD and just hammer the phones all day then this is the job. But if you want a bit more flexibility for BD strategies and more creativity I would say look elsewhere. Also, there’s a lot of KPI tracking. You will have to sit down with management and explain your calls to them everyday. They track every single thing. At first it made sense because essentially you’re an entrepreneur and they are your resource to build your business. And they would coach you. But there were a couple of numbers that were irrelevant to track. It was micromanaging It’s definitely a male dominated office naturally because of sales. Upper management is actually more women so that’s great for support! They still have some work to do to integrate within the American culture and it shows. Overall, really appreciative of the growth and development I received. I’m interested to see where the company goes in the future from afar and how they innovate.

Pros

-A business that is truly invested in your professional and personal growth -Best L&D function in our industry. I have been in other businesses (large ones) where this is not the case. Relevant individuals who are actual coaches. - Leadership who are involved in the day to day. The leadership at InterEx are supportive in the fact they aren't off the tools. They are deep in the day to day and no question is a stupid one. - Getting to be around the best in the industry. There are many industry leading billers in the company. They are not silo'd and live on their own island -these are individuals who bring up the level of everyone around them - Clarity: there is clear and tangible pathways for everyone in this business. People I speak to echo this.

Cons

None that I have seen in my tenure so far

Pros

There is not a single pro to this company.

Cons

This organization ruined my life for 6 months (and then some). The leaders are toxic and it’s an extremely hostile work environment. They had to shut down the NYC office cause their reputation in New York recruitment was THAT bad. CEO is an absolute narcissist, if you don’t drink the koolaid you’re out. Any “good review” you see is written by marketing. They monitor your LinkedIn so it’s impossible to interview or look for other jobs, you’re trapped. If you value your mental/physical and overall well being, run as fast as you possibly can from this disgrace of an organization.
