Pros
Very easy to get a job here on account of the high turnover. Disregard the requirements and apply if you badly need a job. You’re pretty much guaranteed a job on account of the lack of people willing to work in these conditions.
Cons
Low pay for comparative skill level at other companies. Lots of stress that waterfalls from upper management all the way down to you. All the managers are yes-men, so dont expect anyone to stand up for you. Everything you do or say is a potential issue that you will need to defend your self against if management asks. If you want to last long here you basically have to do the opposite of your job, pretend you didnt see a alarm, dont answer the phone, NEVER take a proactive approach to an issue. The less you can do (without getting noticed for under performance) the more likely you are to last.
