* Flat structure, short lines of communication, lots of autonomy * Management is approachable and open * Remote work flexibility allows for a better work-life balance, which boosts energy and productivity

Cons

As a smaller company, growth paths and salary scales can be more limited compared to larger organisations

flexibility, team members, easy to attend certifications, good distribution of work, easy to manage the blocks

Cons

to much responsibility directly to the customer, not clear role, a lot of meetings that we should not have, contracts are difficult to improve the customer infra, we need to put each hour in timesheet like a freelancer

- There some not so great people (it happens) - Tiny pipeline (layoffs - or I would have stayed; my team was amazing)
