Company has competent technical and sales staff. The company also has a good customer stream for its primary business model and a good market for continued growth in all segments.

Management has not developed any plans for company direction in either the short or long term or if they have it has not been shared with the staff. This is an operations driven company that places no value on sales staff. No effort and no expense is made to promote the company or its services outside of the office. Training is not made available to technical staff and there is no path for advancement through accomplishment.
