Family Oriented. Being a father to three children going through my own rough patches in my personal life, having an employer that understands family and treats every employee like family is exceptional. There are numerous perks to being employed here, but the staff at all levels is what makes it the best. I get a good challenge out of my work here, and I get paid well for what I do. My hard work gets recognized and I overall feel like this is a very rewarding beginning to my career with IDSolutions. President of the company is very in tune with his employees. Has a Super Fantastic attitude every single day.

For the first time in my working life I cannot come up with a Con about the people here. I feel like I belong with my coworkers and my opinion is valued at all levels of the organization.
