Recruitment is a career that I have always wanted, but was often told “Your application has been unsuccessful due to lack of recruitment experience”. Interaction did not care about that at any stage, and opened the door for me, and I’ve not looked back since. There’s been fantastic earnings during that time, regular appreciation, and they’ve allowed me to create my own career path. There hasn’t been any resistance to my ideas, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They also have a property in Dorset which I’ve taken my family to twice, and I’ve been so looked after by them.
