      Pros

      Beautiful city centre office, lots of greenery and complimentary drinks. Office manager was also lovely.

      Cons

      Terrible management in my department, my manager went on leave the day I started so I was left alone for 2 weeks with no introductions or inductions. It was a hybrid role, but on office days everybody kept to themselves so there was no collaboration or interaction at all.

      Pros

      The company is putting investment into Sales and Marketing and it's exciting to see the transformation underway. It's profitable and growing.

      Cons

      We need to mature some of our processes internally but that will come.
