In my previous role I became completely burned out by inconsistency, poor communication, and unsustainable workload. Switching to Interact is the best work move I've ever made. I love the team I work with, who are all supporting, intelligent, passionate professionals. The company recognises and values everyone. The work is fast-paced and demanding, but that's exacting as work should be. We set a pace because we want things to be excellent.
