One-month on/one-month off work rotation schedule. Pay is relatively higher compared to other oil and gas companies, particularly those in the middle east. Less work pressure, not to many meetings (idle times). Small organization thus family-atmosphere prevails.

Work schedule is not uniform for all divisions, some are on 6-month rotation while others have their vacation every other month. Not much social activities in the locality, much more on the camp.

Good exploration projects for experience

2013-2015 brought in new management and people with no PNG experience , 2 years down the line results of very poor performance. Outcome was InterOil sold off its oil refinery and all exploration assets. Interoil sold out to ExxonMobil.
