Pros

Working at InterMedia has been an great journey filled with creativity, collaboration, and growth. One of the standout features of working at InterMedia is the emphasis on teamwork. From brainstorming sessions to client presentations, everyone works together seamlessly, pooling their diverse talents and perspectives to deliver exceptional results. InterMedia is committed to nurturing talent and fostering professional development. There's always something new to learn and explore. I've grown immensely both personally and professionally during my time here. From startups to established brands, each client brings its own set of challenges and opportunities. This variety keeps the work exciting and ensures that no two days are ever the same. There's a sense of pride that comes with being part of a team that consistently delivers exceptional work. Whether it's winning industry awards, receiving positive feedback from clients, or seeing our campaigns make a meaningful impact, each success reaffirms our passion and dedication to our craft. I feel fortunate to be part of such a talented and passionate team, and I look forward to many more exciting adventures with InterMedia.

Cons

The ever-changing nature of the advertising industry means that projects can sometimes be unpredictable, with sudden shifts in direction or unexpected client feedback or questions. However, this uncertainty fosters adaptability and agility which have been helpful skills that I've grown while working here.

Pros

The recent additions to the staff have been true all-stars who bring fresh ideas, expertise, and a collaborative spirit! Senior management provides clear direction and support without micromanaging. There is a strong culture of trust and accountability, which allows employees to take ownership of their work and contribute meaningfully. It's refreshing to work for a company where management truly cares about employees success at work and their well-being at home.

Cons

Just like any fast-paced company, priorities can shift quickly, but that's also part of what makes the work exciting and dynamic.

Pros

Was fortunate to have a supportive team and some good coworkers. A stepping stone for entry level experience.

Cons

- Company first, employees second mentality - Don’t expect any upward mobility or raises, hardly any growth within the company itself and employees who have been there 10+ years rarely get pay bumps and are just as likely to get fired/laid off - Upper management lack accountability and transparency — communication (or lack thereof) only goes so far - Credit is rarely given to those who deserve it - Beware of micromanagement
