Supportive supervisor but high expectations and staff shortages - Photographer Inter-State Studio & Publishing Employee Review

This has to be my favorite job I've ever done. Working here is never the same thing each day and it's very fulfilling work. Making people smile has to be the best job you could have. Depending on the day you could be done by noon. On longer days it could go til school gets out, closer to like 5

I wish it was year round and full-time. Pay was pretty decent at first but now it pays minimum wage. Mileage comp could be higher.

Great culture, benefits, and compensation package. Great work/life balance. They seem try to promote internally and support members of their staff who are motivated to climb the ladder. Very invested in company moral. Just overall, a good company doing honest, work family centered work. You don't see this much anymore and I hope they continue this amazing work for many years to come.

No cons at all. I had a truly wonderful experience.
