Pass - Business Analyst Inter Pipeline Employee Review

Been here for almost 3 years and it has not gotten better. Toxic environment. Too much work dumped on employees. Terrible management that seems to truly not know what they're doing, it leaves you dumbfounded at times. Company's actions constantly contradict their words. A lot of talk about mental health but don't fix the issues that are causing most mental health problems. Do not have a structured career development plan. Lacking in good technology systems and softwares (ex. old slow laptops, not enough data on phone plan). Culture has gone down with company growth, and despite company initiatives, has not made progress.
