To help our team crush our targets even further, I hope the company can sponsor her for some advanced sales training and leadership courses. Investing in her growth will definitely help us bring in more sales!
Cons
First, staff appreciation feels incredibly hollow. Providing donuts or coffee does not make up for low financial compensation or a lack of real recognition for our hard work.
Second, we are constantly being pushed to achieve more, yet the company refuses to invest in our growth. We need actual professional training to advance our skills and meet these high expectations.
Lastly, the environment in the office is overly rigid. Being scolded by the Director simply for making normal office noise creates a childish, toxic atmosphere. We are adults and professionals, and we should be treated with basic respect, not like primary school children.
