Good benefits for new employees

Time required is too demanding

The management was pretty flexible when it comes to taking time off and vacations. They have been trying to improve and organize the company structure for the better, but it's still a work in progress.

The hours are way too long and employees are not given any raises or recognition no matter how well the job is done.
