      -Decent Pay -If you have no life outside of work, this is the job for you

      Cons

      No work-Life balance, may have to work every weekend, 12 hours shift, required to show up half an hour before work for no pay. No fixed schedule makes it hard to make plans. Corporate sent all officers a message to give them a five star rating on Glassdoor for a chance to win a raffle.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
