Pros
Great work culture, offering remote, hybrid and in-person working styles. Lots of collaboration between teams and everyone is genuinely interested in the work they do.
Cons
There was some flattening of leadership when I worked there so there was significant restructuring. I guess job security is a con, but if you make yourself valuable, you'll be fine.
