As a salesperson you are rewarded well for your hardwork, plus you get a lot of positive feedback and reinforcement from the higher-ups. Customer feedback on the products is excellent as well. The company has been growing rapidly in the last year and the employees get to reap the benefits of that. The company has a strong history of promoting within, employees are loyal to the company and they have a very low turnover rate. Employees are treated well and with respect by management, you are not just another cog in the machine at Intellibed.
