Pros

I have nothing to say about the company that is positive except I did enjoy almost all of my co-workers, even though most of them were gone when I left.

Cons

The fact that they show a profanity filled comedy routine of George Carlin is awful. They say they do this so that you will know what to expect when you call their "customers". This is just plain awful way to do business, especially in the Bible belt. You aren't in Ohio anymore. We don't change our Tennessee ways to suit you-you need to change your way and not be a rude , better than you person. The CEO, John M. Kunysz called me to ask me some things before I had my interview, that he had heard from another employee who was already hired and working and the fact that he cussed during our phone call, was unacceptable. It's not like I was offended, but that is now how you handle business. This place will be gone from Kingsport before 2020, I can guarantee it, it doesn't matter how much growing they do. The turnover rate is awful. My class was down to 50% before we went live on the phones and when I left, I think there was 4-5 left. That's around 20-25% . Dont waste your time working here. I can't even say what I want to say about the CEO because it's considered bad language from glassdoor

Pros

Almost fully remote, potential to move up in the company, smaller growing company, fair pay, tenure=generous pto yearly, huge improvements have been made across several departments

Cons

Some clients can be a bit challenging for new hires due to needing to use multiple systems, not a ton of benefits but to be expected for a company this size

Pros

I have been with the company for years and held a variety of positions. It can be incredibly rewarding to work towards a position and be able to achieve it.

Cons

No benefits, challenging work load and occasionally changes happen that you don't necessarily agree with.
