Pros

Intelli-Tech is one of those rare companies that actually cares about their employees on a deeper level. Not only is the compensation top notch, but the benefits and future-focused mentality make it a place worth investing in. The owners of the business set it up in such a way that everyone in the organization benefits from company success, not just the sales staff. Employees are expected to go home at 5pm every day without exception, which is great if you like having a personal life! The work life balance here cannot be matched in my experience. Also, the company takes all expenses paid bonus trips once a year. Most employees stay at Intelli-Tech for a long time which speaks to how great of an company it is for someone looking for stability and growth.

Cons

Nothing major to mention besides being committed to change, even when it's uncomfortable. Intelli-Tech is actively open to feedback on how they can improve so this isn't a big issue. The other reviews on Glassdoor are pretty negative, but notice how there are only two, and both of them were written a long time ago. Employees don't leave the company very often which is why there aren't as many reviews for the company. Let your interview experience with the company do the talking, not these other negative reviews.

Pros

Good place to work and then forget about when you go home.

Cons

Owner is very cheap and not very ethical. Has entire company working on commision structure - even the PC techs. He will try and nickle and dime you out of commissions. Very greedy. VP of sales is incompetent. She has no clue how to motivate a team. She is under educated for the position and has no chance of ever getting near this title at another company. She uses words that do not exist (like Don King does!) and will even type them into emails. She does her best to trick people into doing her work for her and then stealing the credit if the project has good results and disowning it if the results are poor.
