Pros

I’ve been working at this company for over 7 years, and I really love it. The main reason is the people - everyone is kind, respectful, and supportive. It feels like a team where you can trust others and be yourself. The company is very flexible. You can work from home, adjust your schedule, and take time off when you need to. It helps a lot with work-life balance. Managers listen to you and care about your opinion. It’s easy to talk to them and share ideas or concerns. There are also many chances to grow, learn new things, and take on new responsibilities. The company truly invests in people. And overall, the atmosphere is very friendly and positive. Even when things get busy, you feel supported.

Cons

I miss the days when we all worked together in the office and celebrated events as a team. Remote work has many benefits, but those in-person moments and shared traditions were really special.

Pros

- Intellectsoft has a few offices in the FiDi WeWork location. There's free coffee, fruit-infused water, and freebies (redundant?) every day. - There's a strong Eastern European culture but that's a good thing for me because I like people who don't beat around the bush and would rather have them teach me directly. - Learning and experimentation encouraged. The marketing team is willing to try new things as long as its well thought out. - Down-to-earth people with interests in and out of tech. Makes for good conversation when everyone hangs out after hours. - Reasonable work from home policy. - Rub elbows with directors and C-levels (plenty who don't even live in NY) so you really get to know the people who started the company and are passionate about their product.

Cons

- Time difference between Eastern European development centers and U.S. offices takes a bit of getting used to. The earlier you start your day, the better the communication flow. - Not crazy about the logo
