Awesome People, Love my Job - Anonymous employee Intelice Solutions Employee Review

I have been working for Intelice for 13 years. During that time I have had a lot of opportunity to learn and grow and have worked in numerous roles and love it here. They have a "work hard, play hard" mentality and our team always supports each other no matter what. Intelice is not too big that you have to deal with the politics and drama of a large organization, and is not too small, in that we have good benefits and resources to get our job done.

Customers can be challenging at times

Flexibility and location. Not too much I can think of other than the fact that because it's so small, there are a variety of things each employee can work on.

Internal politics is awful. Too much drama for a small company. I felt that it hindered my overall experience. Training is absolutely horrible. I think this also has to do with being such small company. Lack of professionalism in some instances.
