Joke of a company - Member Care Representative Intelicare Direct Employee Review

1. CEO and management don't have decency to tell employees they are getting mass laid off - was told to go to a "mandatory town hall meeting" only to be told by the CEO that 75% of the workforce is being laid off. Not cool at all. Not cool especially if the manager handing out final paycheck is yelling. 2. Easy to request day off, since you're not getting paid for it 3. CEO always asks for "donations for charities" for another state! 5.NO transparency at all when it comes to policies they change it almost on a weekly basis without informing the teams 6. Should I go on?? 7. NO communication from management unless they tell you off about dress code.
