Pros
Intelemedia pays pretty well and provides 3.5 weeks of PTO each year to start. Your peers are helpful and friendly. Aside from that, there is not much left to say that is positive.
Cons
Intelemedia is a soul crushing place where leadership is terribly lacking. It is hands-on the most unprofessional and inappropriate place to work. Management is content to talk down to and belittle staff, throwing them under the bus in lieu of cultivating them. When your staff leaves in droves while citing management incompetence and overall displeasing nature, there is a problem. The higher-up are smarmy and fiscally inept staff who oversell and under-deliver going so far as to mislead and blatantly lie to the customers. This place is a clique. Aside from the team of BAs, it's cutthroat and disgusting. The best thing Intelemedia can do is close down and take the pathetic leadership with it. Do not work here. There is no opportunity for advancement. It is menial and meaningless work. This company is financially and morally bankrupt. If I can save one person the heartache and stress I face daily, then my work here is done.
