Pros
- Each of the employees is committed to workplace safety to ensure that everyone is secure and protected while on the job. - The company cares very much about the training and development of its employees. There are TONS of opportunities to advance, as long as you put in the effort. - Everyone is open to receiving feedback and new ideas on how to become more efficient in getting things done. - The benefits are great! 100% paid medical insurance, profit-sharing, and IRA-matching to go along with the competitive pay. They also love to hold company outings that involve all of the employees and their families. - Everyone seems to be bought-in when it comes to the company mission, values, and the overall culture. It is a great, team-oriented, collective effort to get things done and to help the company succeed.
Cons
- Many of the production workers must be willing to travel and stay in a hotel 4-5 nights/week, but the company pays for this, and they take company vehicles to the job sites. They also offer a nice per diem for each night that you do stay in a hotel.
