Very positive working environment. The employer was very considerate of their employee and allowed me to have a flexible schedule. This job would be beginner-friendly for those looking for a job for the first time.

I cannot recommend this job if you're not accustomed to working in the sun for a set time period. It is also seasonal-dependent, so there might not be much work during the colder seasons.

Great industry here in the Richmond area.
