Leadership does not have a plan. They only care about making sure they make as much money for themselves instead of taking care of those that are making the money for them

The lights were on, horrible energy though.

Cons

The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
