Pros
The salary and benefits are pretty much what you'd expect from a BPO company. All devices are provided for a Work from Home setup Co-workers are awesome and friendly, even some team leads can be your buddy if you're lucky to be part of their team
Cons
There's an unfair metric where you need to finish your task in an estimated amount of time or else you'll get a zero. Now it's pretty hard to beat that metric since you'd constantly be bothered by a popup right in the middle of the screen asking you to estimate other tasks as well. You can't focus on doing your stuff right away since you have SO many things to MANUALLY check first. And there's always something new to check when someone messed up. Management should put some resources to utilize the software we're using to cross check these stuff for us. Negative feedbacks are discussed more often than positives. I'm getting the impression that the management thinks we have nothing else to do but work... You're just at home on your restday, right? MANDATORY REST DAY OVERTIME! Every now and then there'd be new policies that is biased towards management and less for the operators and our higher ups can do nothing but accept and say yes.
