There are ample opportunities to grow here if you’re willing to put in the effort and proactively ask for what you need. The leadership team is incredibly understanding and supportive, offering guidance both professionally and personally, especially during unexpected emergencies. My respect for the company grew tremendously when I saw how they stood by employees during critical moments when no one else could. The support shown during those times truly reflects the strength of the company’s values. Another major positive is the strong sales focus of the organization, which ensures you get plenty of opportunities to grow the business. While the market is competitive, IRI keeps the sales team sharp—driving new customer acquisition while also maximizing value from existing clients.
Cons
ProHance tracks all system activity, but I believe the focus should shift toward holding employees accountable for their productivity and results rather than monitoring every action on their system. Prioritizing outcomes over activity would drive better performance and trust within the team.
