      Good co-workers, fairly decent benefits.

      Cons

      Too many managers, few of which understand what they're managing. In addition, they have a bad culture of throwing employees under the bus to please clients.

      You'll wear a lot of hats! Great for people just starting out who need something on the resume. This company has a lot of talent working for them.

      - Dry promotions / No raises / Low pay - Unprofessional management - Unable to use refences from IITS (company policy)
