Pros
None. Awful work environment. Even worse colleagues. Terrible place to work long term. You’re better off working at McDonald’s, at least McDonald’s has reasonable health insurance and hourly pay relative to the work.
Cons
Watch your back. Constant sabotage from fellow colleagues. No work/life balance. Hard, dirty, dangerous work and you only make 14 bucks an hour. IGS corporate is full of dishonest, apathetic scumbags, who will sabotage your reputation for self advancement. Literally the worst place to try and build a career. DO NOT WORK HERE!
