All ideas come from the same 2 people. Projects are treated of more as a means to make money rather than a way to express themselves and create something to be proud of. Favors hiring older people with irrelevant experience over younger people with relevant experience. Absolutely anal about being on time, gives no value to other people's time and experiences outside of the office. 'Comp time' as they like to refer to it is never awarded even though it is frequently mentioned in the employee handbook.
