Pros

The company has attracted talents and professionals from around the world making it a very interesting place for employees to work at. If you add the fact that many of IDA’s projects are placed outside Hong Kong, an employee could earn from collaborating with individuals (clients & consultants) from India, Philippines, Austria etc.

Cons

The complexity of the projects can be overwhelming. The dynamic allocation of resources can become tiring along with the fact that some projects are under resourced.
