IC24 has a really positive team culture, with friendly and supportive colleagues who make a big difference to the working environment. It’s a collaborative place to work, and people are generally willing to help each other out, especially during busy periods. There is also flexibility around working hours, which supports a good work-life balance. Management are approachable and open to conversations, and there is a clear effort to support staff and maintain a positive working environment.

The role can be fast-paced at times, with workload levels varying depending on demand. This can require good organisation and adaptability, but it also keeps the work interesting and varied.

Are they any not that i am aware of?

Constant workload sometimes getting bogged down with endless tickets. Working weekends which is not great. Nowhere to relax and have a sit down after they took over the main meeting rooms and designated areas with meetings. Joke of a company. Dont get blinkered in by what they 'offer'. Its all upper management thats running the show and never listen to anyone else.
