      Pros

      It is a good work place and the people are very friendly. In addition, the company seems fair and reasonable in the way it treats its employees.

      Cons

      None to speak of. I guess you could say that many are unsure of what direction IAS is going. Not sure if it wants to eventually go public, or what will happen to it once the real estate crisis passes. The crisis has really been the fuel for their business in the last few years.

      I was working like a family, I enjoy to work for them because the manager are strict and gently.

      Original founder was a great leader and mentor. Opportunities to grow and make your own path.

      Cons

      After selling new management and ownership was fraudulent, stole money and assets, disregarded clients and raised capital in bad faith.
